Aryahi is an intuitive energy healer offering Inner Alignment, Reiki, intuitive healing and sound healing. She was certified as a reiki master in Japanese (Usui) in 2013 by the International Center for Reiki Training, and certified as a master in the new “Holy Fire” reiki in 2018. She has training in Inner Alignment in Spain with Rohan Gephardt, intuitive healing with Cyndi Dale and Marie Manucheri, and sound healing with Eileen Day McKusick (Biofield Tuning) and the California Institute of Integral Studies, and has a Certificate in Energy Medicine from Sonoma State University. Aryahi completed the 200-hour yoga teacher training at Integral Yoga Institute in San Francisco in 2019 and has served as a member of the staff.
Aryahi offers private healing sessions through Yoga Therapy Clinic at Integral Yoga Institute and her Noe Valley studio in San Francisco, and the Subud Center in Palo Alto. As a healer, Aryahi intuitively sees the resplendent beauty in each soul, and tailors treatments to assist each person to help clear trauma, burdens and limitations, in order to realign with her/his/their radiant self and unique journey.
Aryahi teaches reiki, yoga and other workshops; as a teacher, she creates a safe and nurturing environment where each student is free to learn, explore and grow, not just by learning and practicing technique, but also by connecting to and developing his/her/their own unique gifts and joy.
Aryahi was born in Japan, grew up in Honolulu, attended college and graduate school in California and New York, and has worked in the U.S., Africa, Asia, Latin America and Brazil. She speaks fluent English, Japanese and Spanish as well as basic Portuguese and French and welcomes clients in these languages. She is also an artist and a lifelong learner, currently studying Indian and Persian music, dance and martial arts.

I feel lucky that I found a truly gifted expert who genuinely cares and has the right tools. I have had the pleasure to work with Aryahi twice, one remote session when I was in China and another in-person session in California. Both experiences were extraordinary and super helpful. I’ve never had a spiritual awakening like I had in Aryahi’s healing session. I had previously experienced her artistic works that, for me, seemed to beautifully radiate some fire from within her. So I wasn’t surprised, though I was still amazed, that merely by being in her presence and before the healing began, I felt surrounded by something warm and heart-expanding. Once the healing started, her hands on my shoulders sent soft waves of kindness and warmth down my arms. Then, when she stood quietly behind me and (as I learned afterwards) moved her hands without touching me, my torso began to involuntarily sway gently back and forth, and the swaying continued even after she’d taken her hands away. I had never experienced that kind of movement that was beyond my conscious thought. I also felt enlivening sensations moving up and down my chest. Something unseen and beneficent had pulsed from her and into me. Afterwards, as I walked through the city streets, I felt something else I’d never felt before. I perceived with new clarity all the people, sidewalks, and buildings, and the sky above, like I’d stepped into a new brighter world. I also felt my own Being in a new way that I can’t put into words but that, days later, is still with me — a combination of inner inspiritment and silent, quivering connection to everything around me. I have been a deeply pessimistic person my whole adult life, but since Aryahi’s healing session I’ve felt lighter and spiritually brightened. I still can’t believe what she gave me.

The inner alignment session was profound. Any trepidation was quickly overcome by the gentle, assured, lovely nature of the work. In its own gentle way huge shifts were made. It felt subtle and deep at the same time. Like you almost don’t even notice it, and then are like oh yeah! Why didn’t I think of that before?! Overall it was something I didn’t know how much I needed until I experienced it, and then I wondered how I’d gone so long without it. Aryahi was a pleasure to work with.
